Good Morning,

It has been a while.  A lot has transpired. I retired from the United States Postal Service.  I survived another bout of cancer-double mastectomy and healthy as a horse.  I work out 6 days a week about 1-2 hours a day.  Working with Preschoolers during the day so now I am on vacation, more time on my hands to be creative.  Singing and guitar lessons are on my agenda in addition to learning how to use my Mac computer.  I am on a mission to eat better and come up with a routine for double mastectomy survivors.  I find that there is not too much out there about this topic since our bodies are all so different and heal in its own individual way. From personal experience, I am finding that the old exercise routines of yesteryear have to be tweaked for my new body form.    So, I am slowly establishing a simple routine that hopefully all can benefit from.  Stay tuned.  The quest has begun.
