I lost 20 points in 2016. Although I have gained it all back, at least it took 2 years for this to happen, I am on a mission to loose and keep it of forever. To me, this is called dieting for life. I am doing this mainly because i know it is healthier for me and besides, the less I weigh the better I feel. For starters, I am eating more veggies, fruits, and replacing one meal with a protein smoothie I create myself. So far 3 pounds lighter and feeling pretty good.
